1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. One person, one account.

3. Credits and payment

Sending a message costs one credit. Receiving messages, browsing profiles, searching and uploading photos are free. Credits never expire. There is no subscription and no recurring charge: you buy credits in a one-off purchase and spend them when you choose.

Unspent credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, and we refund spent credits where the fault was ours — a message charged for but not delivered, or charged for twice. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy sets out the full detail, including how to ask and how long it takes. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your own country.

4. Acceptable use

No harassment, hate speech, solicitation, impersonation, sexual content involving minors, or sharing of another person's private information. We suspend or remove accounts that breach this.

5. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, you will be asked to accept the new version before continuing to use the platform.
